Stretch Class

Low Impact Stretch Class with Katie Walker, Fitness Coach

This class will focus on static and dynamic stretching to increase mobility, posture, and stabilization. This class will also provide stress reduction with a calming mindset.

Cost: $20 each class. Members are FREE.
