We offer general nutrition coaching to help you establish a solid foundation of healthy eating habits. Our dietitian will provide you with the tools and knowledge to make informed food choices that align with your goals and lifestyle. Whether you’re seeking guidance on meal planning, grocery shopping tips, or incorporating more whole foods into your diet, our personalized consultations will empower you to take control of your nutrition. Meal Plan Consulting
In this 60 minute consultation, our Dietitian will conduct a full health history evaluation, analyze activity/training, and review dietary habits and supplements with you to establish goals and build an individualized 1-week meal plan and supplement guide suited to your specific needs. This Meal Plan package has been noted to help clients jump start improvement in combating these health concerns: gut health, food sensitivity, food and outdoor allergies, hormone, weight loss, performance and overall health. Going beyond fad diets and quick fixes, we prioritize lifelong habits and mindful eating strategies that foster a positive relationship with food.

Individualized Weight Management Program
Our Dietitian will work closely alongside you for 12 weeks in the weight management program to empower you to make informed choices and achieve lasting results. By the end of this program, you will have all of the tools to keep making progress. This program is result focused and will drive you to the results you’ve always wanted. – Includes 2 DEXA scans (1 preprogram and one post), weekly 15-minute meetings, 12 weeks of meal plans, supplement guide, weekly weight trackers, unlimited texts and email with our Dietician.

Athletic Performance Nutrition Bundle
This bundle encompasses the most accurate and measurable data for our Dietitian to develop a plan best suited to your fitness goals. Our Dietitian will review the data of your body composition given by the DEXA scan, lab results, and your 3-day food and activity log. We provide you with feedback and set goals from your baseline of data. The combination of the data will allow for optimization of your health to improve your performance. As you strive to unleash your athletic and fitness potential, nutrition plays a vital role in maximizing your performance.
