We will be prepping 7-days' worth of breakfast, lunch, and snacks using the grocery list that I will provide to you once you sign up. This meal prep includes plant-based versions and a regular version of each meal. The meal prep allows substitutions if you have dietary restrictions or other preferences, so don't hesitate to switch items!
