This class is designed for women who feel overwhelmed by fitness advice and aren’t sure where to begin. We’ll break strength training and exercise down into simple, doable steps. You’ll learn what to focus on, how to move your body with confidence, and why strength training is one of the most powerful tools for feeling strong, capable, and energized—at any age or fitness level.

Instead of chasing perfection, trends, or extreme routines, this class emphasizes:

  • How to build strength without fear of “bulking up”
  • How to create a routine that fits your real life, not an ideal one
