Fitness Training

Physical activity is an integral part of lifestyle medicine. Regular physical activity has been proven to have many positive effects on your health, including:
- Bone Density
: increases bone mineral density, which can help prevent osteoporosis and reduce the risk of bone fractures.
- Sleep
: Exercise can help you fall asleep faster and spend more time in deep sleep.
- Energy
: the delivery of oxygen and nutrients throughout your body, which can help you feel stronger and more awake.
- Weight
: Exercise burns calories and builds muscle, thus helping to increase your overall metabolism.
- Disease Prevention
: people who are physically active are less likely to develop heart disease, diabetes, and many other chronic diseases, and they may live longer.
- Brain Function and Mood
: improve brain function and mood by reducing the risk of cognitive decline and dementia while stimulating chemicals in the brain to make you feel more relaxed and less anxious.
- Balance and Stability
